The Tescoma Cake Pan with Double Bottom is a product of the Delicia Tortiere Line, with a diameter of 28 cm and a non-stick coating. It is resistant to high oven temperatures and has a double bottom for making both classic cakes and donuts. In addition, it has a practical zip to open the edge and facilitate the removal of the cake. It is recommended to butter/oil and flour the bottom and edges of the mold. The cake tin is dishwasher safe and is suitable for use in an electric, gas or fan oven.
